Section IX-111 - Re-ApplicationA. Any person, firm or corporation who has made application for a permit to enter the liquefied petroleum gas business and whose request for permit has been denied, may resubmit a permit application 90 days after the date of denial, with the exception of a Class I-E permit application. Any person, firm or corporation who has made application for a Class I-E permit to enter the liquefied petroleum gas business and whose request for permit has been denied, may resubmit a permit application any time during the same disaster and/or emergency that the initial permit application was submitted to the commission.La.
