1. Change without regulatory effect adding new subarticle 2 (section 11150) and renumbering former title 22, section 98010 to title 2, section 11150 (including amendment of Note), pursuant to Government Code section 11135, subdivision (a), as amended by Statutes 2016, chapter 870 (SB 1442) filed 1-11-2017 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2017, No. 2).
2. Change without regulatory effect adding new definition of "CRC", amending definition of "CRD", repealing definition of "FEHC" and amendment of NOTE filed 3-20-2023 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2023, No. 12).
3. Repealer of subarticle 2 heading and renumbering of section 11150 to new section 14020 filed 3-19-2024; operative 7/1/2024 (Register 2024, No. 12).
