Section 335-3-8-.12 - Administrative Appeal Procedures

The appeal procedures for decisions of the Administrator under rules 335-3-8-.07 through 335-3-8-.38 are set forth in 40 CFR 78.

New Rule: Filed March 2, 2001; effective April 6, 2001. Amended: Filed February 27, 2003; effective April 3, 2003. Filed March 14, 2012: Certified rule refilled after agency adoption of suggested amendment by the Joint Committee on Administrative Regulation Review that the repeal of the rule will take effect when the department certifies to the Legislative Reference Service the federal CAIR rules have been repealed; effective March 14, 2012.
