Trespass for personal injuries. Before FINKELHOR, J. Verdict entered in favor of both defendants and against plaintiff. Order entered denying plaintiff's motion for new trial and for judgment n.o.v. Plaintiff appealed. Appeal, No. 725, April T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division, of Allegheny County, April T., 1974, No. 2732. Argued October 25, 1978.
