ORDER

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the February 10, 2022 judgment of the Court of Appeals is considered. We direct the Clerk to schedule oral argument on the application. MCR 7.305(H)(1). The parties shall address whether the plaintiffs are entitled to any reimbursement for payments made to the defendants for tuition, room and board, or any associated fees or costs for the winter/spring 2020 semester.

The total time allowed for oral argument shall be 60 minutes: 30 minutes for the appellants, to be divided at their discretion, and 30 minutes for the appellees, to be divided at their discretion. MCR 7.314(B)(2).
