Before the Court is appellees' October 24, 2023 second unopposed motion for a twenty-day extension of time to file their brief. We GRANT the motion and ORDER the brief filed no later than November 13, 2023. Because this is an accelerated appeal and the brief was first due October 4, 2023, we caution appellees that further extension requests will be disfavored.
