Howard L. Dimmig, II, Public Defender, and Kevin Briggs, Assistant Public Defender, Bartow, for Appellant. Ashley Moody, Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Appellee.
Howard L. Dimmig, II, Public Defender, and Kevin Briggs, Assistant Public Defender, Bartow, for Appellant.
Ashley Moody, Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Appellee.
PER CURIAM.
Gary Zurline appeals the revocation of his probation and the resulting sentences in three drug cases. We affirm without comment. However, the corrected order of revocation of probation incorrectly states that Zurline admitted to the violation of probation. We remand for the trial court to amend the corrected order of revocation of probation to reflect that Zurline was found to be in violation after an evidentiary hearing. See Hamilton v. State, 128 So. 3d 177, 177 (Fla. 2d DCA 2013).
Affirmed and remanded with instructions.
