This appeal was abated on October 29, 2014, due to the bankruptcy filing of cross-appellant Christopher John Medina. Medina has filed a motion to reinstate the appeal and attached a copy of the bankruptcy court's order confirming that the automatic stay has terminated. See TEX. R. APP. P. 8.3(a).
We grant the motion to reinstate. We order this appeal reinstated on the active docket of this court. We further order Jennifer L. Zuniga's appellant's brief and cross-appellee's brief are due June 20, 2016.
