On May 8, 2024, petitioners' counsel-Hayden G. Leithauser-filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. The Motion does not comply with the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. More specifically, the Motion does not include petitioners' current mailing address, email address (if any), and telephone number. See Rule 24(c) (4), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 31, 2024, Hayden G. Leithauser shall file a supplement to his above-referenced Motion and shall include petitioners' current mailing address, email address (if any), and telephone number.
