Order denying plaintiff's motion for a retrial, and granting defendants' motion and directing the entry of judgment on the decision of the late Mr. Justice James A. Dunne, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Close, JJ., concur.
