MEMORANDUM OPINION

Jason Steven Zimmerle was convicted of the third-degree felony offense of assault involving family violence. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 22.01(a)(1), (b)(2)(A) (Vernon Supp. 2009). The jury assessed punishment at six years' imprisonment and a $6000 fine. Appellant thereafter filed a notice of appeal. The Court now has before it appellant's motion to dismiss the appeal. In the motion, appellant states the appeal is being dismissed pursuant to "a comprehensive plea bargain agreement regarding this case and two indicted cases." Attached to the motion is the April 12, 2010 waiver of the right to appeal signed by both appellant and counsel. See generally Monreal v. State, 99 S.W.3d 615 (Tex. Crim. App. 2003) (post-conviction waiver of right to appeal). We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See id.
