Motion to amend order of reversal entered July 15, 1955, granted to the extent that order is amended by striking "That the Treasurer of the County of Erie pay plaintiff, Florence Zielinski, as administratrix of the Estate of Henry Zielinski, deceased, the sum of $6,000, with interest, less fees, now on deposit with him to the credit of this action", and inserting in place thereof the following: "That the respondent, General Motors Corporation, pay to the plaintiff-appellant, Florence Zielinski, as administratrix of the Estate of Henry Zielinski, deceased, the sum of $5,978.94, plus interest thereon from the 15th day of July 1953, the date of payment of said sum to General Motors Corporation by the Treasurer of the County of Erie", and otherwise motion denied.
