ORDER


The Court will hear argument on the merits of the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus and Permanent Injunction on February 28, 2003, at 10:30 a.m., at the Federal Courthouse in Boise, Idaho. The Court requires the presence of Frank Larry Zeko at this hearing. It will therefore be necessary for the Federal Bureau of Prisons to allow the United States Federal Marshal's Service to transport inmate Frank Larry Zeko to the United States Courthouse at 550 West Fort Street, Boise, Idaho, to be present for the hearing and to remain until such time as his business before the Court has concluded. Accordingly,

NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:

1. A hewing in this matter shall be held on Friday, February 28, 2003, at 10:30 a.m., at the Federal Courthouse at 550 West Fort Street, Boise, Idaho.

2. The Federal Bureau of Prisons shall allow the United States Marshal's Service to take appropriate measures to transport Frank Larry Zeko to the Federal Courthouse at 550 West Fort Street, Boise, Idaho, to allow Mr. Zeko to appear before the Court on February 28, 2003, at 10:30 a.m., and to remain until such time as his business before the Court has concluded.
