Order unanimously modified by eliminating items 1, 2 and 5 of the order pertaining to the examination before trial, and items 1 and 2 of said order pertaining to the production of books and papers, and as so modified affirmed, without costs. No opinion. The date for the examination to proceed to be fixed in the order. Settle order on notice.
