Upon due consideration of the record in this case, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's First Request for Admissions, filed February 12, 2021, seeking to deem admitted intervenor's responses to certain requests for admission, and petitioner's Motion to Compel the Taking of Deposition, filed June 23, 2021, are assigned to Special Trial Judge Adam B. Landy for disposition. It is further

ORDERED that respondent shall, on or before July 29, 2022, file a response to the pending motion to compel the taking of intervenor's deposition.
