On December 20, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision for the Court's consideration. However, there is a discrepancy between the caption of this case and the caption of the Proposed Stipulated Decision. Accordingly, the Court is unable to process the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the aforementioned Proposed Stipulated Decision is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 16, 2024, the parties shall file revised decision documents for the Court's consideration.
