Proceedings on petition by natural father for custody of two minor children. Before COLBERT, J. Order entered denying petition and custody awarded to natural mother with father to have partial custody at designated times. Plaintiff appealed. Appeal, No. 195, April T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Family Division, of Allegheny County, No. D-1571 of 1976.
