We dismiss, as moot, Appellant's appeal of the trial court's order denying his motion to cancel foreclosure sale. We affirm the trial court's order denying Appellant's motion to vacate a consent final judgment of foreclosure because Appellant's arguments are without merit.

AFFIRMED, in part; DISMISSED, in part.
