AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 167.2reversible character of argument of counsel in accident case. Argument of counsel for defendant in automobile accident case, after exclusion of certain evidence offered by such counsel, which argument was made over objections — sustained in part by trial court — by counsel for plaintiff, held to have been highly improper and without justification or excuse, and to be ground for reversing judgment for defendant.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. JACOB BERKOWITZ, Judge, presiding. Reversed and remanded. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the June term, 1944.
