ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge.

On November 15, 2021, petitioner filed the petition in this case. Petitioner asserts that she is disputing a notice of deficiency dated August 31st issued to her for tax year 2020. On December 30, 2021, respondent filed the Answer.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before February 18, 2022, respondent shall file either: (1) an appropriate jurisdictional motion or (2) a report addressing the basis or bases for the Court's jurisdiction and attaching thereto a copy of any supporting documentation.
