MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant filed her notice of appeal with the trial court on May 6, 2003. On May 8, 2003, this Court sent a letter to appellant notifying her that a $125 filing fee was due for her appeal. The letter directed appellant to pay the fling fee within ten days of the date of the letter. The letter warned appellant that failure to pay the filing fee within ten days of the date of the letter would result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this appeal. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3
