Upon review of respondent's response to this Court's order of May 24, 2007, petitioner's "Notice and Motion to Proceed in Forma Pauperis (Affidavit of Indigency)" is hereby granted. Petitioner's petition for writ of mandamus is hereby denied. All other pending notices and motions are hereby denied as moot.

LEWIS, C.J., and WELLS, ANSTEAD, PARIENTE, QUINCE, CANTERO, and BELL, JJ., concur.
