July 1, 2008.

The petition for writ of mandamus is hereby transferred, pursuant toHarvard v. Singletary, 733 So. 2d 1020 (Fla. 1999), to the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for Duval County, Florida.
