No. 05-07-00335-CV (Tex. App. Aug. 27, 2007)

Opinion

No. 05-07-00335-CV

Opinion Filed August 27, 2007.

On Appeal from County Court at Law No. 5, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. CC-06-11902-E.

Before Justices MOSELEY, O'NEILL, and FITZGERALD.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

On May 21, 2007 and June 8, 2007, the Court directed appellant to file written verification, within ten days, that he had either paid or made arrangements to pay for the clerk's record. The Court warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal for want of prosecution. Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b). Nevertheless, to date, we have not received either the clerk's record or written verification that appellant has made payment arrangements.

Accordingly, we DISMISS this appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b), 42.3 (b) (c).
