ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

By Order issued July 30, 2021, the Court directed respondent, on or before August 5, 2021, to file an amended certificate of service with respect to the Notice of Filing of Petition and Right To Intervene, filed July 23, 2021, showing service of that document on petitioner, in addition to petitioner's former spouse. No response has been received from respondent.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the time within which respondent shall file an amended certificate of service showing that the above-described notice has been served on petitioner, in addition to petitioner's former spouse, is extended to August 19, 2021. Respondent is advised that it is not necessary to refile the Notice of Filing of Petition and Right To Intervene.
