Appeals having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 04, 2022 (Case No. 2022-03230) and from a judgment, same court, entered on or about June 03, 2022 (Case No. 2022-03231), and said appeals having been perfected, And respondents-appellants having moved to stay the hearing and determination of the aforesaid perfected appeals pending decision of a motion to be made by respondents-appellants in Supreme Court to vacate the order and judgment appealed from, or, in the alternative, to consolidate the perfected appeals with related appeals taken to this Court from orders of the same Court and Justice, entered on or about August 18, 2023 (Case No. 2023-04667) and August 21, 2023 (Case No. 2023-04687), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
