Before the Court is court reporter Kimberly Xavier's second request for extension of time to file the reporter's record. Ms. Xavier states, "The record will be filed by June 12, 2023." We GRANT the request and ORDER the reporter's record filed on or before June 12, 2023. The record was originally due February 24, 2023. We caution Ms. Xavier that if the reporter's record is not filed by June 12, 2023, the Court may use whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that Ms. Xavier not sit as a court reporter until she files the complete reporter's record in this appeal.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send a copy of this order to Kimberly Xavier, Official Court Reporter for Criminal District Court No. 3, Dallas County; and to counsel for all parties.
