ORDER

PER CURIAM

On August 2, 2023, these causes were set for on briefs submission on September 6, 2023 before a panel consisting of Justice Patricia O. Alvarez, Justice Luz Elena D. Chapa, and Justice Irene Rios. Thereafter, on January 31, 2024, we ordered these appeals abated and remanded to the trial court for appointment of new appellate counsel to prepare and file an appellant's brief on the merits. After the trial court appointed Mr. Vikash Bhakta as new appellate counsel, we reinstated these appeals on this court's docket, and we ordered the appellant's brief due by April 17, 2024. Appellant filed his brief on April 15, 2024, and the State filed its brief on May 15, 2024. Accordingly, the September 6, 2023 submission date is WITHDRAWN, and these causes are set for on briefs submission on July 3, 2024 before a panel consisting of Justice Luz Elena D. Chapa, Justice Irene Rios, and Justice Liza A. Rodriguez.

It is so ORDERED.
