On July 12, 2023, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the grounds that petitioner filed to pay the Court's filing fee for this case. On July 12, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction is stricken from the Court's record in this case.
