MEMORANDUM OPINION


Maria Yanez ("Yanez") appealed her conviction for possession of a controlled substance measuring less than one gram. On November 20, 2003, Yanez filed a pro se motion to dismiss the appeal stating that she "desires to withdraw from the appellate process at this time." The motion is signed by Yanez. The motion is granted and this appeal is dismissed. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.2(a).
