ORDER
Before QUINN, C.J., and PARKER and DOSS, JJ. Appellant, Wally Yammine, appeals from the trial court's final judgment. We abated this appeal on February 26, 2020, after Yammine filed a suggestion of bankruptcy notifying the court of his pending bankruptcy proceeding in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas. TEX. R. APP. P. 8.1, 8.2. Now pending before this court is appellees' motion seeking reinstatement of the appeal. The motion is accompanied by an order from the bankruptcy court lifting the automatic stay over this appeal. TEX. R. APP. P. 8.3(a). Accordingly, we grant appellees' motion and reinstate the appeal. Appellant's brief is due on July 24, 2020. TEX. R. APP. P. 38.6(a), 37.3(c).
