Appeal, No. 249, Jan. T., 1962, from judgment of Court of Common Pleas of Schuylkill County, May T., 1960, No. 474, in case of John Roland Yaisle and Karl Bennett Yaisle v. Thomas Kelly and Evelyn Yaisle Kelly. Judgment affirmed.

Ejectment. Before CURRAN, P. J.

Verdict entered for plaintiff, defendants' motions for new trial, for judgment non obstante veredicto and in arrest of judgment overruled and judgment entered on the verdict. Defendants appealed.

Judgment affirmed.
