ORDERED that the motion to accept the record on appeal and brief is granted, without costs, to the extent that the record on appeal and brief filed with the Court on November 6, 2013 are accepted for filing, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion to accept the appendix is denied, without costs, and appellant is directed to file and serve a corrected appendix with pages in conformance with the record on appeal on or before January 6, 2014, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to January 6, 2014.
