By Order dated November 18, 2020, petitioner was ordered to file an ownership disclosure statement pursuant to Rule 20(c), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, on or before February 16, 2021. Petitioner failed to comply with the Court's Order. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file an Ownership Disclosure Statement is hereby extended to January 13, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to attach to the copy of this Order served on petitioner a copy of Form 6, Ownership Disclosure Statement.
