William H. WYTTENBACH, M.D., Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, Appellee/Respondent(s).

BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

In light of the "response and continued motion of continuing jurisdiction since March 10th, 2015 forward; motion for an actual sworn by oath justice to adjudicate, write and sign orders in this above case, and motion of said justices(s) review appellants concern of conspiracy and obstruction of justice," filed in this court on February 19, 2016, this court's February 17, 2016, order is vacated, and the following order is entered in its place:

Appellant's "response and continued motion of continuing jurisdiction since March 10th, 2015 forward" is treated as a response to this court's order to show cause and is noted. This proceeding is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction as from a nonfinal, nonappealable order.

Appellant's "motion for an actual sworn by oath justice to adjudicate, write and sign orders in this above case, and motion of said justices(s) review appellants concern of conspiracy and obstruction of justice" is denied. As recited in the last sentence of all orders issued by this court, the clerk's signature represents simply that the clerk certifies that the printed order issued to the parties is a true copy of the court's original order. Orders may be signed by one or more judges or an authorized staff attorney, depending upon the nature of the order or underlying motion. See Fla. Second Dist. Court of Appeal, Internal Operating Procedures §§ 5.2(c), 6.5 (Oct. 15, 2015), http://www.2dca.org/FAQ/iop–81315–final.pdf.
