ORDER
This matter is before the court on the parties' Stipulation of Voluntary Dismissal pursuant to Fed. R. App. P. 42(b), which the court construes as a motion for voluntary dismissal of this appeal pursuant to Rule 42(b) of the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure and grants as construed. See Fed. R. App. P. Rule 42(b); 10th Cir. R. 27.5(A)(9).
A copy of this order shall stand as and for the mandate of the court.
