RICHARD WU, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Albert G. Lauber Judge

On July 7, 2023, the parties filed, at docket entry #14, a Proposed Stipulated decision. After the Court's review, it appeared that a Settlement Stipulation was improperly attached to the Proposed Stipulated Decision. On August 4, 2023, the parties filed, at docket entry #15, another Proposed Stipulated Decision, this time with a Settlement Stipulation being separately and properly filed at docket entry #16. Accordingly, we will strike from the record the document at docket entry #14.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed July 7, 2023, at docket entry #14, is hereby deemed stricken from the record of this case.
