Petitioner having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief in this CPLR article 78 proceeding transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Orleans on August 16, 2018, and for any other relief the Court may deem just and proper,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Jessica Wrobleski sworn to November 10, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the dismissal of the proceeding is vacated, on the condition that petitioner files and serves a brief on or before December 26, 2018.
