Hearing Granted by Supreme Court April 27, 1939

Appeal from Superior Court, Los Angeles County; Clarence L. Kincaid and Fletcher Bowron, Judges.

Action by Olive Wright against Los Angeles Railway Corporation and another for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff as result of collision between her automobile and streetcar. From a judgment for $7,500 for plaintiff, the defendants appeal.

Reversed.
