Appeal from Jasper District Court. — P.J. SIEGERS, Judge.

Action at law on oral contract to repurchase corporate stock. Defendant demurred to the petition, claiming the action was barred by limitations and that there was no consideration for the contract. Plaintiff appeals from the sustaining of the demurrer and the dismissal of her case. — Reversed.

This case is a companion case to S.S. Wright v. Iowa Southern Utilities Company, 230 Iowa 838, 298 N.W. 790, decided at the present sitting. The issues are identical in all essential respects. For the reasons stated in the S.S. Wright case, this cause is likewise reversed. — Reversed.
