Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. Time to serve amended complaint, which may contain the matter struck out with additional allegations, extended twenty days after the date of service of a copy of the order, with notice of entry. All concur. (The order grants a motion to strike certain allegations from the amended complaint.)
