EVIE A. WRIGHT, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On August 2, 2022, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that the filing fee was not paid. On August 11, 2022, petitioner paid the Court's $60.00 filing fee for this case. On August 16, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision. Due to inadvertent clerical error, however, on August 19, 2022, the Court issued an order directing petitioner to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order, dated August 19, 2022, is hereby vacated and set aside.
