ENTRY AND AGREED ORDER
This matter comes before the Court by joint submission of the parties. The parties report that they have reached an out of Court confidential settlement. As one of the terms and conditions of that settlement, the parties have agreed and IT IS SO ORDERED that the Agreed Permanent Injunction entered on May 21, 2004 (Dkt. #6) shall remain in full force and effect, and subject to the continuing jurisdiction of this Court.
Pursuant to the further terms and conditions of the parties' settlement, Plaintiff, WPT Enterprises, Inc., successor in interest to World Poker Tour, LLC, hereby otherwise dismisses all remaining claims filed in this action,
WITH PREJUDICE.
The parties further agree that each is to bear their own costs and attorney fees.
This Entry terminates this action.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
