MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULING.
This cause is pending before the court as an appeal from the Court of Appeals for Franklin County.
Upon review of the brief of amicus curiae United Policyholders in support of appellee, it is evident that Timothy P. Law, Anthony B. Crawford, and Amy Back have not filed timely motions for admission pro hac vice pursuant to S.Ct.Prac.R. 2.02. Therefore, it is ordered by the court, sua sponte, that Timothy P. Law, Anthony B. Crawford, and Amy Back are stricken from the brief of amicus curiae United Policyholders in support of appellee for failure to comply with S.Ct.Prac.R. 2.02 and Gov.Bar R. XII(2)(A)(6)(a) through (e).
