ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

By Order served January 17, 2023, the Court directed petitioner to file the ownership disclosure statement required by Rule 20(c) of the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. On February 24, 2023, petitioner filed an Ownership Disclosure Statement. However, that Ownership Disclosure Statement is incomplete: No answers or statements have been given or made with respect to items A or B on the form. Accordingly, the Court will strike the filing from the record.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced Ownership Disclosure Statement is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 4, 2023, petitioner shall file a properly completed ownership disclosure statement setting forth the requested information as explained above.
