District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District
Nov 16, 1994
644 So. 2d 1033 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1994)

Opinion

No. 94-1145.

November 16, 1994.

An Appeal from the Florida Unemployment Appeals Commission.

Bruce M. Woolever, Jr., in pro. per.

John D. Maher, Tallahassee, for appellee Com'n.

Before COPE, LEVY and GERSTEN, JJ.

Bruce M. Woolever, Jr., appeals an order of the Florida Unemployment Appeals Commission dismissing his appeal as being untimely filed. We find no error of law in the Commission's determination of untimeliness. See Leon v. Unemployment Appeals Commission, 476 So.2d 761 (Fla. 3d DCA 1985). The order is therefore affirmed.
