On January 19, 2024, this case was remanded to respondent's Independent Office of Appeals for further consideration. On April 16, 2024, the parties filed a joint status report which states that on March 6, 2024, the parties participated in a supplemental administrative hearing during which time petitioner challenged the underlying liability and was given additional time to provide an amended return and other supporting documentation. The report further states that respondent is in the process of issuing the Supplemental Notice of Determination and complete administrative file.
Considering the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that on or before June 17, 2024, the parties shall file a status report in this case and attach thereto a copy of the Supplemental Notice of Determination.
