In an action by an infant to recover damages for personal injuries, and by his father for expenses and loss of services, defendant appeals from an order denying its motion for a severance of the causes of action and for judgment on the pleadings, dismissing that of the father. Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Close, P.J., Hagarty, Johnston, Taylor and Lewis, JJ., concur.
