JUDGMENTS, § 6decree marked "O.K." In action by officers and members of unincorporated church to enjoin pastor from contending that he had been elected for life, plaintiffs could not assign error on decree entered in favor of defendants, where such decree and order dismissing suit had been marked "O.K." for complainants.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Cook county; Hon. JOHN PRYSTALSKI, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in third division, first district, this court at February term, 1940.
