Petition for review granted; transferred to Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division One, with directions to issue an order to show cause

The petition for review is granted as to the issue of the application of the attorney-client communication privilege to the disputed discovery. The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, First Division, with directions to vacate its order denying mandate and to issue an order directing the superior court to show cause why the relief sought in the petition should not be granted. Pending further order of the Court of Appeal, the trial court order of August 7, 2019, is hereby stayed.
